Responsible for analyzing the market of HUTCHMED products and therapeutic areas. Analyze, coordinate and support the information needs of preparing new product launch;
Formulate integrated go-to-market plan of HUTCHMED products and launch tactics to maximize overall opportunity;
Define, monitor and achieve key performance metrics in achieving milestone to inform strategy and support execution;
Intellectual curiosity about all aspects of our customers and business with a strong desire to persist in finding opportunities to maximize our business;
Structured thinker and critical problem-solver; ability to distill and synthesize complex information from various resources to actionable insights;
Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes in developing and executing brand strategies;

Experience & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years solid experience in pharmaceutical industry with experience in new product launch;
Bachelor Degree or above in Science;
Marketing experience including strategy development and tactical execution;
Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build working relations both internally and externally;
Strong verbal and written communications skills;
Strong commercial orientation and business acumen;
Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities;
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams and multiple agency partners;
A creative and dynamic team player with strategic and marketing sense;
Experience in oncology (and immunology) areas is preferred;
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
