Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Hong Kong

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing the market of HUTCHMED products and therapeutic areas. Analyze, coordinate and support the information needs of preparing new product launch;
  • Formulate integrated go-to-market plan of HUTCHMED products and launch tactics to maximize overall opportunity;
  • Define, monitor and achieve key performance metrics in achieving milestone to inform strategy and support execution;
  • Intellectual curiosity about all aspects of our customers and business with a strong desire to persist in finding opportunities to maximize our business;
  • Structured thinker and critical problem-solver; ability to distill and synthesize complex information from various resources to actionable insights;
  • Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes in developing and executing brand strategies;
  • Proactively monitor external data, publications and their impact on future treatment algorithms, as well as potential impact on guidelines and pathways;
  • Develop annual budget and track expenses through the year;
  • Experience successfully working in cross functional matrix teams;
  • Ability to challenge the status quo with good rationale and logic; being provocative and creative in a productive fashion;
  • Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance and legal requirements.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience in pharmaceutical industry with experience in new product launch;
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Science;
  • Marketing experience including strategy development and tactical execution;
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build working relations both internally and externally;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills;
  • Strong commercial orientation and business acumen;
  • Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities;
  • Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams and multiple agency partners;
  • A creative and dynamic team player with strategic and marketing sense;
  • Experience in oncology (and immunology) areas is preferred;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
