Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing the market of HUTCHMED products and therapeutic areas. Analyze, coordinate and support the information needs of preparing new product launch;
  • Formulate the of marketing strategy and roadmap from pre-launch to post-marketing and set up key performance metrics in achieving milestones;
  • Work with KOLs to generate market insight;
  • Work with consultants to conduct market research and analysis to formulate pre-launch strategies and planning;
  • Perform market understanding of other AP regional countries and identify the market potential for HUTCHMED products;
  • Work closely with RA to develop registration strategies;
  • Build strategic relationships. Identify and build partnership with industry players, agencies and vendors;
  • Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance and legal requirements.



  • Minimum of 6 years solid experience in pharmaceutical industry with experience in new product launch;
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Science;
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical hand-on execution and a high work capacity;
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build working relations both internally and externally;
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasking;
  • A creative and dynamic team player with strategic and marketing sense;
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting market research, analytics and forecasting & budgeting;
  • Experience in oncology (and immunology) areas is preferred;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
