Medical Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Provide medical input to marketing product team in product positioning and develop publication plan and clinical research proposal for the defined therapeutic areas
Provide medical inputs in developing training program on disease knowledge in the defined therapeutic areas to sales training
Share most updated clinical trial data, interpreter treatment guideline and provide summary of product efficacy and safety profile
Design IIT research direction & proposals, and implement it as required with good qualityincluding clinical protocol、clinical handbook、CRF design、Investigation meeting、Review SAE and clinical research summary report.
In communicating with KOLs for the defined therapeutic areas to share most updated medical information or design IIT
Qualifications
Educational /Training:Medical or Pharmaceutical Background, Post graduate Degree or above in the defined therapeutic area is preferred
Working Experiences:5 years clinical practice or medical affairs experience in other multinational pharmaceutical or CRO companies
Experience in oncology related field is preferred
Good medical knowledge for the defined therapeutic area and adequate understanding about Oncology business
Proficiency in English and Chinese ,good computer usage
Strong leadership and Develop People
Good interpersonal communication skillsand excellent Teamwork/Collaboration
Deep understanding of China regulatory environment and clinical development procedure.
Previous experience of clinical research/clinical development is highly desirable, including strategy development ,medical monitoring and protocol writing.
