Corporate Communications Executive

Responsibilities

Corporate Branding & Corporate Materials
- Develop and frequently update corporate materials (e.g. company presentation, brochures, fact sheet, etc.);
- Assist with press release drafting and translation;

Social & Digital Strategy & Corporate Websites
- Update and continuously improve the website and social media channels to ensure that the key messages and communications are consistent;
- Develop and create content for our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat, etc.);
- Upload press releases, announcements and scientific presentations periodically;

Public Relations & Communications
- Review publications and fact check media materials;
- Support ongoing public relations efforts and corporate / medical events and campaigns;
- Coordinate or partner with external vendors and agencies;

Others
- Occasional travel when needed;
- Perform any ad hoc projects / assignments as requested.

 

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or above, and 2 years of work experience;
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is preferred;
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Good knowledge of social media tools and web content management;
- Good team player with self-motivation and can work independently;
- Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator / InDesign will be an advantage;
- Great attention to details;
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin.
